Better organization coming to the Kindle in 2010

I had a conversation with a friend a few weeks ago about the Kindle. He asked me an interesting question - how can you sort your ebooks? Surely you can sort by category and whatnot?

Not so much, or not that I have discovered. Thus far, I know I can use the most recently accessed method and the alphabetical method, but that's it. Not so great, is it? And, as usual, something that hadn't bothered me one bit before now does. So I was heartened to see Gizmodo note a post over on the Kindle's facebook page noting that better organization tools are coming.
