This is sick. Just plain sick. How can you do this to a human being? Look, I'm not going to get into my views on abortion, but suffice it to say that in a world where the phrase "it's my body, it's my choice" reins supreme we should not see things this happening. I know, I know, but it's China. Well guess what, China. You screwed up big. Now you've got a bunch of folks saying this was a murder and whoever signed that paper should be given the death penalty. And then those who don't see it as murder see it as a violation of freedom and rights. You're boned either way. And for what? Because your prison system felt that being lenient on someone who's repented for their crime is getting a reduced sentence? For smuggling drugs once? You have got to be kidding.
This is called overkill. This is not right. This really bothers me. A lot. Too much. No more writing about it for me.
Panther has been updated again this evening. Mac OS X 10.3.5 has been released, and this version includes a great many fixes and upgrades that will improve things vastly. In addition, a security update has been released this evening. Run software update!
The other night I went and saw M. Night Shyamalan's The Village. For days I have been debating what to say, and how much to tell. And the answer is that this review will contain spoilers. I'm sorry, but I can't say nothing this time. However, for that reason I will make this an extended entry.
