It's no secret that I'm a bit out of shape. Although I have been steadily been getting into better shape, I remain unsatisfied so I am taking a more active approach.
Inspired by my good friend, Skadz, I have decided to take the one hundred push up challenge. In fact, my arms are still trembling from the initial test. Let's leave out the details and say that I succeeded in doing a lot more than I thought I could. I'm confident I can make it, though I'm not sure I'll do it in only six weeks.
August 31, 2008 9:07 PMI've been looking at this program myself - I've been working out with a trainer for a while now (50lbs down since January!) - so I've emailed him the URL and will see what he thinks.
Good luck with it! Keep posting how you do - I tweet my calorie burn after every gym session, amazing how making things like this public will help you.
